I never actually did figure out who was the chosen one. Was it Anakin coz he destroyed the Jedi, or was it Luke coz he saved it? The foretelling said it woz the child who was born of the midi clorients and now that was supposedly Anakin, so then was his only job to be father to the son who would save the Jedi, so did he somehow save the Jedi by destroying them? Hmmm I'm sure someone will see fit to tell us some time, but in the mean time i still question.

In these books, written by Kevin J Anderson, oh what the hell it's obvious from the title what Luke does. He goes seeking out people he believes may have powers in the force and invites them to come and train at his academy, with interesting side effects. But the Jedi are no longer on the brink of extinction.
